Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@nurelio.store with photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
