All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Australia: 7–15 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

NURELIO™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
